<ul><li>Supervise daily housekeeping operations to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across all hospital/organization areas.</li><li>Allocate duties and schedules to housekeeping staff and monitor task completion.</li><li>Inspect patient rooms, wards, OPD, ICUs, corridors, and public areas to ensure proper upkeep.</li><li>Train and guide housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques, infection control, and waste management.</li><li>Ensure availability and proper usage of cleaning materials, chemicals, and equipment.</li><li>Coordinate with nursing, maintenance, and other departments for housekeeping support.</li><li>Maintain records of attendance, duty rosters, stock of supplies, and cleaning checklists.</li><li>Monitor biomedical waste segregation and disposal as per hospital/institution protocols.</li><li>Address patient/visitor complaints regarding cleanliness and resolve issues promptly.</li></ul>
