Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage the housekeeping department budget, analyzing costs and implementing measures to control expenses without compromising service quality.
Facility Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of all areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards are met, addressing any issues or areas for improvement promptly.
Guest Satisfaction: Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction by addressing cleanliness concerns and ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment.
Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper handling and disposal of cleaning chemicals, to maintain a safe workplace for staff and guests.
