Description
- Recruit, train, and supervise housekeeping staff, including cleaners, janitors, and maintenance workers.
- Assign duties, schedule shifts, and monitor performance to ensure efficient and effective execution of housekeeping tasks.
- Provide leadership and support to motivate team members, promote teamwork, and maintain a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules, procedures, and checklists to ensure all areas of the facility are cleaned and maintained according to standards.
