Hospital Receptionist

 Attain tele-calls for OPD appointments through HMIS

 Ensure availability of OPD rooms for consultants as per their OPD scheduler

 Communicate & update Consultants for their scheduled appointments of patients for

the day

 Communicate with patients in case of reschedule of appointments as required

 Type letters/ certificates as per instructed by Consultants for their patients

 Co-ordinate with admission desk for admission as per prescribed by Consultant

 Escort Health check-up patients throughout all the department as per their Health

Checkup packages

 Scan all OPD documents of patients and update in HMIS

 Co-ordinate with team for smooth functioning and maintenance of facilities in the

OPD.

 Co-ordinate with Constants, RMO and Nursing team for delivery of OPD services.

 Ensure in house training programs for OPD staffs as per the department SOPs

 Participate in self-development programs both internally and externally

 Assist in maintaining office supplies and care of equipment

 To Adhere to hospital and department policies and procedures

 To perform other duties as assigned as needed.

 To Ensure patient satisfaction is maintained by providing exemplary customer

service to patients and visitor
