1. Leadership and Management:

• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating and inspiring the staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff members, fostering their professional growth and development.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient center operations and compliance with relevant healthcare regulations.

2. Operational Oversight:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring smooth functioning and efficient patient flow.
• Collaborate with the medical team to optimize patient care delivery, improve service quality, and enhance patient satisfaction.
• Monitor key performance indicators, such as patient volumes, revenue, and expenses, and take appropriate actions to achieve financial targets.
• Implement quality assurance programs to maintain high standards of patient care and safety.

3. Patient Care and Experience:

• Ensure the provision of exceptional eye care services to patients, focusing on quality, safety, and personalized care.
• Address patient concerns or complaints promptly and effectively, striving to enhance patient satisfaction and loyalty.
• Foster a patient-centric approach within the center, promoting a compassionate and empathetic environment for patients and their families.

4. Business Development and Growth:

• Develop and implement strategies to drive the growth and profitability of the center.
• Identify opportunities for expanding services, partnerships, and collaborations to enhance the center's reach and reputation.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and patient needs to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
• Participate in community outreach activities, educational programs, and awareness campaigns to promote the center's services and increase patient referrals.

Qualifications:

• A degree in healthcare administration, hospital management, or a related field. A medical background with specialization in ophthalmology would be advantageous.
• Atleast 2 years experience as Hospital Manager / administrator in hospital.
• Proven experience in a leadership or management role in a healthcare setting, preferably in an eye hospital or ophthalmology center.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and best practices in eye care services.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated business acumen and the ability to develop and execute strategies for growth and profitability.
