Description
- Provide compassionate nursing care to patients at their residence as per medical guidelines.
- Monitor vital signs and overall health condition regularly.
- Administer medications and assist with prescribed treatments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and daily care documentation.
- Support patients with daily living activities and personal hygiene.
- Assist with diaper changing and basic bedside care as required.
- Educate patients and caregivers on care plans and healthy practices.
- Coordinate with doctors and healthcare teams to ensure quality care delivery.
- (Basic care/ Advance care / Critical Care / Baby care) - Candidate will be placed on either of these roles based on their current designation.
