Home Care Nurses

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepares equipment and assists physicians during examinations and treatments. 
• Performs evaluation of new and existing patients to determine priority and suitability of treatment and/or need for modifications. 
• Administers prescribed medications, applies sterile dressings, performs phlebotomy, and monitors vital signs.
• Qualification-BSC/GNM/MSC/Post Basic Nursing
• Experience- min 6 months

• Provide leadership and direction to nursing staff, including supervision, mentoring, and performance management, to ensure high standards of nursing practice and patient care delivery.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and other members of the nursing leadership team to develop and implement strategic initiatives, policies, and procedures to improve nursing practice and enhance patient outcomes.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned nursing units, including staffing, patient assignments, and workflow management, to ensure optimal utilization of resources and efficient patient flow.
