Description
- City Home Care is hiring qualified, dedicated home nurses to provide personalized care to patients in their homes.
- Nurses will handle elderly care, ICU patients, dementia, post-surgical recovery, baby care, and palliative support based on the client’s needs.
- Provide nursing care to patients in their homes as per the prescribed care plan.
- Administer medications, wound care, injections, and monitor vital signs.
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and mobility.
- Coordinate with physicians and update them on patient progress.
- Educate patients and families on home care procedures and health management.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of nursing care and observations.
- Monitor patient condition and report changes promptly.
