Role &amp; responsibilities<ul><li>We are hiring Home Care Nurse For Bangalore location Immediate Basis.</li><li>Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by the physician.</li><li>Assist with wound care, catheter management, IV therapy, and other medical procedures.</li><li>Track and document changes in patient conditions and report them to the healthcare team.</li><li>Maintain accurate patient records, including medical history and care plans.</li><li>Provide health education to patients and families regarding disease management and preventive care. Preferred candidate profile</li><li>Must have 1 to 3 yrs experience in ICU/ward</li><li>Required GNM / BSC nursing with registration</li><li>Must handled critical care patient, C-PAP,BI-PAP, Tracheostomy cases.</li><li>They will be working in both hospital &amp; in home care.</li></ul>&nbsp;
