3. Monitor and ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards in all engineering operations.
4. Supervise, mentor, and manage the engineering and maintenance team for optimum performance.
5. Oversee installation, commissioning, and validation of new equipment or systems.
6. Plan and manage budgets, resources, and spare parts for maintenance operations.
7. Coordinate with production, quality, and other departments to minimize downtime and operational disruptions.
