<ul><li>Examine tissue samples under a microscope to diagnose diseases, especially cancers and inflammatory conditions.</li><li>Perform gross examination, tissue processing, embedding, sectioning, and staining for microscopic analysis.</li><li>Interpret histological findings and issue detailed pathology reports to assist in clinical decision-making.</li><li>Correlate pathological findings with clinical and radiological data for accurate diagnosis.</li><li>Perform and evaluate special stains and immunohistochemistry as needed.</li><li>Collaborate with oncologists, surgeons, and radiologists in tumor boards and MDT discussions.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation, report turnaround time, and quality assurance in reporting.</li><li>Supervise and guide laboratory technicians and ensure adherence to NABL/NABH standards.</li></ul>
