Maintaining a database of client information such as addresses, phone numbers, and birthdates.
Processing new hires’ applications for insurance coverage, including collecting personal information and documenting family size.
Coordinating with insurance carriers to ensure that policies are current, accurate, and compliant with regulations.
Monitoring the status of claims to ensure timely payment, filing appeals if necessary, and working with lawyers to resolve legal disputes.
