Roles & Responsibilities:

• Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and generating appointment
• Reaching out to their target audience through cold calling/ E Mail/ LinkedIn to generate leads.
• Responsible for qualifying the leads on given criteria and Appointment Generation.
• Focused on achieving exceeding daily, weekly, monthly targets defined for self and team
• Be able to tailor pitch the products according to their specifications ensuring successful conversion of sale.
• Establish sales campaigns targeted at specific vertical such as Bank, Police Station, School, College, Govt. Office, Municipal Office, etc.
• Administer sales pipeline and improve opportunities for sales.
• Design various innovative marketing strategies to increase diabetes awareness and in turn sales for company's product & Services
• Develop and maintain good professional relationship with main accounts and strategic partners of the company.
• Monitor and recommend improvement for awareness of diabetes reversal and to achieve all the key objectives.
• Prepare monthly reports and provide effective recap of previous performance and review same.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of lead generation.
• Ready to work 3 hours a day and 1 whole day a week.
• Proven working experience of working in dedicated sales unit, or a relevant role with Proven sales track record.
• Business Acumen, good conceptual and analytical skills.
• Time management and planning skills- ability to manage tasks in an organized way.
• High energy and drive - ability to sustain oneself in challenging Environment
• Knack for sales - highly resilient and go-getter.
• Outcome driven - ability to follow through for measurable outcome.
• Self-starter - takes initiative and has the ability to take pertinent decisions by himself/herself
• Should be graduate from any stream (Science preferred) having at least 2 years of sales experience.
