Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Ensure adherence to SOPs, Internal control Processes & quality standards in all centers and offices.

2 Assess the company's risks and the efficacy of its risk management efforts.

3. Promote ethics and help identify improper conduct and services.

4 Evaluate internal control and make recommendations on how to improve.

5. Communicate the findings and recommendations to Directors.
