<ul><li>Provide intermediate-level nursing care to patients admitted in the High Dependency Unit (HDU).</li><li>Monitor vital signs, cardiac monitors, oxygen therapy, and infusion pumps closely.</li><li>Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments as per physician instructions.</li><li>Assist in the management of patients requiring close observation but not intensive care.</li><li>Identify early signs of deterioration and coordinate prompt escalation to ICU when needed.</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress.</li><li>Ensure compliance with infection control, hygiene, and safety protocols within the HDU.</li><li>Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists, and multidisciplinary teams for patient care planning.</li><li>Educate patients and families regarding care plans, procedures, and discharge readiness.</li></ul>
