Description

Design and implement computer networks, including local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and wireless networks, to meet organizational requirements and support business operations.
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware components, including servers, routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices, ensuring compatibility, reliability, and security.
Implement security measures to protect the organization's network infrastructure from unauthorized access, cyber threats, malware, and other security risks, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption protocols.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and network issues, perform routine maintenance tasks, and implement upgrades or patches to optimize performance and reliability.
Monitor network performance, analyze network traffic patterns, and implement performance tuning strategies to improve efficiency, scalability, and reliability of the network infrastructure.
Develop and implement disaster recovery plans, backup strategies, and data protection measures to ensure the integrity and availability of critical systems and data in the event of a network failure or disaster.
Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, hardware inventory, and troubleshooting procedures, and generate reports on network performance, security incidents, and maintenance activities.
