Description
- Comprehensive Care: Provide routine gynecological examinations, screenings (such as Pap smears and pelvic exams), and preventive care for women of all ages, addressing reproductive health concerns.
- Diagnosis and Treatment: Diagnose and treat a variety of gynecological conditions, including menstrual disorders, pelvic pain, infections, and reproductive health issues, using evidence-based practices.
- Obstetric Care: Manage prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care for pregnant patients, including monitoring fetal development, addressing complications, and providing education on childbirth and parenting.
- Surgical Procedures: Perform gynecological surgeries, such as hysterectomies, laparoscopies, and surgeries for ovarian cysts or fibroids, while ensuring patient safety and optimal surgical outcomes.
- Patient Education: Educate patients about reproductive health, family planning options, contraception, sexually transmitted infections (STIs), and menopause management, empowering them to make informed health decisions.
- Collaborative Care: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, such as obstetricians, nurses, and specialists, to provide coordinated care for women’s health issues and ensure comprehensive management.
