Gynecologist

Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Gynaecologist to join our healthcare team and provide medical care to women of all ages. As a gynecologist, should be specialize in pregnancy, childbirth, and female reproductive system health. Perform routine check-ups, preventive health screenings, and reproductive counselling for women.

Responsibilities

• Examine, diagnose, and treat various conditions and diseases that affect women’s health, such as infections, hormonal disorders, cancers, etc.
• Perform tests and procedures, such as pap smears, pelvic exams, ultrasounds, biopsies, etc.
• Prescribe medications and treatments according to best practices and evidence-based guidelines.
• Provide prenatal care and monitor the health of pregnant women and their fetuses.
• Deliver babies using natural or surgical methods and provide postnatal care.
• Perform surgeries and operations, such as caesarean sections, hysterectomies, tubal ligations, etc.

Requirements

• MBBS, DGO/MBBS MD from an accredited medical college.
• Fulfilment of the requirements of a residency program specializing in obstetrics and gynecology.
• Valid state license to practice medicine.
• 1-5 years of experience as an obstetrician and gynecologist in a hospital or clinic setting.
• Proficiency in interpersonal communication with patients, families, and healthcare practitioners.
