Description

To conduct initial and ongoing evaluations of patients seeking fertility treatments, including detailed medical histories and physical examinations.
To manage and oversee the entire IVF process, including ovarian stimulation protocols, egg retrieval, embryo culture, and embryo transfer.
To perform and interpret diagnostic tests such as ultrasounds, hysteroscopies, and laparoscopies to diagnose reproductive issues and guide treatment decisions.
To develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments, medical history, and fertility goals.
Explain treatment options, procedures, and expected outcomes to patients.
To work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including embryologists, andrologists, and nurses, to provide comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
To educate patients about fertility issues, treatment protocols, and lifestyle adjustments.
Offer emotional support and counseling to help patients navigate the emotional aspects of fertility treatments.
To monitor patients throughout their treatment cycles, including managing medications, tracking hormone levels, and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
Provide regular follow-up care and assessments.
To ensure all procedures and treatments adhere to hospital policies, medical regulations, and ethical standards.
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for each patient.
To stay updated on the latest advancements in reproductive medicine and fertility treatments.
Participate in professional development activities and integrate new knowledge into clinical practice.
To be prepared to handle any complications or emergencies that may arise during treatment, including providing timely intervention and coordinating with other medical professionals as needed.
