- Welcome and assist patients, attendants, and visitors, ensuring a warm and positive experience.
- Handle inquiries, guide guests to appropriate departments, and provide accurate information about hospital services.
- Address patient and visitor concerns, complaints, or special requests promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative departments to support smooth patient flow and service delivery.
- Assist with admission and discharge processes, ensuring proper documentation and communication.
- Maintain patient feedback systems, collect satisfaction data, and escalate issues to management when needed.
- Provide support in VIP patient handling, escorting services, and personalized assistance.
- Ensure the waiting areas and front-desk environment are well-organized, clean, and welcoming.
