- Coordinate with hospital departments, doctors, and administration to facilitate smooth guest services.
- Manage patient admissions, discharge processes, and related documentation.
- Maintain records of guest interactions, feedback, and service requests for reporting and improvement.
- Ensure VIP and special care patients receive personalized attention and seamless service.
- Assist in billing, appointment scheduling, and coordination with insurance or other administrative processes.
- Promote a courteous, professional, and empathetic approach in all guest interactions.
