Description
- Manage the entire 'Test' life cycle (Path & Non Path) and road map for promotion (running the monthly Campaign along with DGM Retail marketing and COO).
- Create the portfolio approach of tests for identified 5 segments of Drs. (Gynaecologist, Physician, Surgeon, Haematologist, Ortho).
- Input to Lab team on new tests required to fill portfolio gaps for identified 5 segments of Drs.
- Create business plan for increasing sales of created portfolio tests including promotion plans and sales team training.
- Post training follow up and Joint field work with the sales team to evaluate implementation of the technical training. Also update on upside LMS (Darwinbox) along with the training team.
- Plan monthly calendar & execute CME/RTM/Conferences based on the promotional Strategy of the organization.
- Handle medico marketing queries from clinicians.
- Pricing & Competitor update to DGM-Retail Marketing for further analysis and designing of new campaign for subsequent month.
- Permanent Doctor retention initiatives (KOL Development plan).
- Budget preparation along with DGM-Medico & Retail Marketing along with the COO.
- Plan monthly calendar for 'Doctor connect program' along with the pathologist across organization.
- Monthly e-mailer to permanent doctors (Technical updates).
- New Test Launch plan and promotion.
