GNM Nurse

• Emergency Medical Response: Respond promptly to emergency calls and provide immediate medical assistance at the scene. Assess the patient's condition, administer first aid, and perform necessary medical procedures to stabilize the patient. 
• Patient Assessment and Monitoring: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' vital signs, medical history, and current condition to determine appropriate treatment and interventions. Continuously monitor and evaluate patients' responses to interventions during transportation. 
• Medical Procedures: Administer medications, perform wound care, and provide necessary interventions following established protocols and guidelines. Ensure proper documentation of all

procedures performed and medications administered. 

• Patient Transport: Safely transfer patients from the scene to the ambulance and from the ambulance to the  receiving medical facility. Ensure patient comfort and safety during transportation, taking into account any specific medical needs or conditions. 
• Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with emergency response teams, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to relay patient information, 

receive instructions, and coordinate care. Maintain accurate and concise documentation of patient information and interventions. 

• Equipment and Supplies Management: Maintain and regularly check the ambulance and medical equipment to ensure their proper functioning and readiness. Restock and replace medical supplies as needed, adhering to inventory management protocols. 
• Patient Advocacy: Advocate for patients' needs and rights, ensuring their privacy, dignity, and respect throughout the care process. Provide emotional  support to patients and their families, addressing their concerns and answering questions. 
• Emergency Preparedness: Stay updated on current emergency medical practices, protocols, and advancements. Participate in ongoing training programs and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
