Role and Responsibilities:

• Assessment and diagnosis: Assess patients' conditions and communicate with doctors to provide updates on patients' conditions.
• Documentation: Responsible for keeping accurate records of patient care, including medications, treatments, and procedures performed.
• Patient education: Educate patients and their families on how to manage their conditions, take medications, and make lifestyle changes to improve their health.
• Collaboration with healthcare team: Collaborate with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care for patients.
