Description
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Handle employee relations issues, providing support and advice to management and staff on workplace conflicts, policies, and procedures.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards.
