Job Description
- Perform general and laparoscopic surgical procedures as required.
- Conduct pre-operative assessments and surgical planning.
- Manage post-operative care and monitor patient recovery.
- Handle emergency surgical cases, including trauma and acute abdomen.
- Ensure adherence to patient safety and infection control protocols.
- Coordinate with anesthetists, nursing staff, and OT teams.
- Maintain accurate patient records and surgical documentation.
- Counsel patients and families regarding procedures and outcomes.
- Participate in on-call duties as per hospital policy.
