General Surgeon

• Managing all patients coming to the department.
• Attending the OPDs, stay duty assignments.
• Attending the emergencies.
• Making appropriate referrals to other specialties on the merit of the

case.

• Maintaining proper communication with guest and their relatives.
• Proper documentation in EMR Compliance to CPOE.
• Preparation and Scrutiny of discharge summaries.
• Maintain correspondence with all referring doctors at the time of first visit and during follow-ups.
• Notification of leave in advance except in emergencies and making alternate duty arrangements during the week period.
• Any invasive procedure will be subject to clearance by the Credentialing & Privileging Committee.
