Description

Oversee day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security measures.
Ensure smooth functioning of all store departments, including sales floor, cashiering, merchandising, and inventory control.
Monitor sales performance, analyse sales data, and implement strategies to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, addressing inquiries and concerns, and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment, product ordering, and merchandise displays, to optimize sales and minimize out-of-stock situations.
Supervise and train store staff, including hiring, scheduling, performance evaluation, and coaching, to ensure a high level of productivity and service excellence.
Develop and implement store policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with company standards, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
Collaborate with management and other departments to plan and execute promotional events, sales campaigns, and marketing initiatives to attract customers and drive traffic to the store.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store environment, including retail displays, fixtures, and back-of-house areas, to enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in store operations.
