Description

Conduct comprehensive medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests to assess patients' health status and identify acute and chronic medical conditions.

Collaborate with nurses, allied health professionals, and support staff to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care across various healthcare settings.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters, medical histories, diagnostic findings, treatment plans, and follow-up care in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
