Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive medical assessments and evaluations of patients.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and other health conditions.
• Prescribe and administer medications and treatments as necessary.
• Perform medical procedures such as suturing, wound care, and minor surgeries.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, preventive care, and treatment options.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research projects as needed.
  Qualifications:
• Medical degree from a recognized institution.
• Valid license to practice medicine in Himachal Pradesh.
• Board certification or eligibility in General Medicine.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based medical practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care with compassion and empathy.
• Willingness to participate in continuing medical education and professional development activities.
  Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience working as a General Medicine Physician in a hospital or clinic setting.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Hindi or other local languages.
