- Responsible for delivering the defined target & desired growth of his region by leading a team
- Ensure all Areas are meeting the sales objectives
- Build a high performance team.
- Lead the team to achieve the organizational objectives through proper goal setting, guidance, motivation & coaching.
- Develop a set of key opinion leaders in the area and create a good business relationship with these customers
- Meet high value doctors and corporate and build long term relationship.
- Manage brand equity and awareness amongst targeted customers.
- Participate in strategy meetings & provide inputs to marketing department regarding the strategy.
- Work on the motivation & competence of the team and lead the team
- Extensive traveling in order to get market insights from the total territory.
- Track competition activities regularly.
- Regular and timely reporting to relevant internal stake-holders.
