Description

Install, inspect, repair, and maintain gas lines, meters, regulators, valves, and appliances, including furnaces, water heaters, stoves, and dryers.
Perform pressure tests and leak checks on gas lines to ensure integrity and safety of the system.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with gas systems and appliances, including identifying leaks, blockages, and faulty components.
Replace or repair defective parts, components, or equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
Conduct preventive maintenance inspections on gas systems and appliances to identify potential problems and ensure optimal performance.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards for gas installations and repairs.
Maintain accurate records of service calls, inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities using paper or electronic documentation systems.
Provide guidance and assistance to customers regarding proper operation, maintenance, and safety precautions for gas appliances and systems.
