Guest Relations:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through personalized service.
Staff Supervision:
- Recruit, train, and supervise front office staff.
- Schedule and coordinate staff to ensure adequate coverage.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
Administrative Tasks:
- Manage the reservation system and oversee check-in and check-out processes.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts.
- Handle cash and payment transactions accurately.
Communication:
