Description
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and guests with a polite and welcoming attitude.
- Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-up coordination.
- Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and provide accurate information about hospital services.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and reception area.
- Ensure accurate entry and updating of patient records in the hospital management system.
- Assist in billing, payment collection, and issuing receipts when required.
