  • Front Office Executive with hospital background preferred.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.
  • Communicate with patients to set up and schedule optimal appointment times.
  • Gather and track medical information from patients.
  • Support office with administrative and secretarial tasks.
  • Communicate with internal office team and providers to ensure patients are helped and everyday tasks are accomplished. 
    Customer Service:
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and addressing inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Assist clients and guests with information, directions, and any other assistance they may require.

Reception Duties:

  • Manage the front desk area, ensuring a tidy and welcoming reception space.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, as well as courier packages.

Appointment Scheduling:

  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for executives and other team members.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure timely communication of schedules to relevant parties.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide support as needed.

Visitor Management:

  • Register and log visitors, ensuring security protocols are followed.
  • Issue visitor passes and direct guests to the appropriate individuals or meeting rooms.
