Appointment Scheduling:

  • Schedule appointments for meetings, interviews, and other events.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure availability.
  • Communicate appointment details to relevant parties.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist in administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries.
