Guest Reception:

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing guest needs promptly.
  • Resolve guest complaints and issues in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.

Administrative Support:

  • Perform general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest information.
  • Assist in handling cash transactions and maintaining the petty cash fund.

Communication:

  • Effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Respond to emails, phone calls, and other inquiries in a timely manner.

Security and Safety:
