Description
- Process payments for services rendered, including cash, credit/debit card transactions, checks, and other methods of payment.
- Issue receipts and ensure that all transactions are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all payments and reconcile cash and card transactions at the end of each shift.
- Greet customers or patients with professionalism and a welcoming attitude, ensuring a positive first impression.
