Description

  • To lead by example in exhibiting high levels of service orientation and proactive customer handling.
  • To ensure total familiarity with all instructional manuals and operating procedures applicable to the role.
  • To ensure timely and accurate compliance with the standards laid down under ISO for the departmental functioning.
  • To supervise daily scrolls of all Patient Care Coordinators on shift.
  • To ensure accurate and timely registrations & report movement.
  • To ensure timely action on -Total Customer Experience Questionnaire- feedback received.
  • To follow Cash / Credit / Corporate billing / discount instructions and handle hospital information system efficiently.
  • To handle inter and intra departmental coordination.
  • To effectively utilize Hospital Information System, EPABX system and other software provided.
  • To be well groomed, punctual & adhere to company policies and practices.
  • To have complete orientation of QMS and EMS system of Hospital.
  • To have complete Awareness about Disaster Management Programme (DMP) of the hospital.
  • To comply with the service quality Process, environmental & occupational issues & policies of the respective area.
  • To comply with patient safety policy.
  • To ensure safe utilization of equipment and proper waste disposal system.
