Description

  • Welcome visitors and clients with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive and friendly first impression of the company.
  • Answer and screen incoming calls, redirecting calls to appropriate departments or individuals, and taking messages accurately and promptly when necessary.
  • Manage the reception area, including greeting guests, signing in visitors, and notifying employees of visitor arrivals in a timely manner.
  • Handle inquiries and provide information about the company, its products/services, and facilities to visitors, clients, and callers, demonstrating knowledge and professionalism.
  • Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings, coordinating with internal teams to ensure availability and logistical arrangements.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including sorting and distributing mail, managing courier services, and maintaining office supplies inventory at the front desk.
  • Manage visitor access control, issuing visitor badges, and ensuring compliance with security protocols and visitor policies.
  • Coordinate with facility management and maintenance staff to address front desk-related issues, such as repairs, maintenance, and cleanliness of the reception area.
