Description

Formulation Development: Design and develop new pharmaceutical formulations, including dosage forms such as tablets, capsules, injectables, and topical applications, based on project requirements.
Pre-Formulation Studies: Conduct pre-formulation studies to assess the physical and chemical properties of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and excipients.
Product Optimization: Optimize formulation processes to improve product stability, bioavailability, and overall efficacy while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all formulations and processes comply with regulatory guidelines (such as FDA, ICH, and other relevant bodies) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of formulation development processes, experimental data, and research findings, preparing reports for submission to regulatory authorities.
Scale-Up and Technology Transfer: Collaborate with production and quality control teams to scale up formulations from laboratory to commercial production, ensuring smooth technology transfer.
Stability Studies: Design and execute stability studies on developed formulations to assess product shelf life and recommend storage conditions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with analytical scientists, quality assurance, production teams, and regulatory affairs to align research outcomes with project goals and timelines.
