<ul><li>Assist in the development of new formulations for tablets, capsules, ointments, syrups, creams, powders, or injectables.</li><li>Conduct lab-scale trials and pilot batch preparations under supervision.</li><li>Accurately weigh and measure raw materials according to batch records and protocols.</li><li>Document all observations, trial data, and experimental results in lab notebooks or electronic systems.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Master Formula Records (MFR), and Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).</li><li>Participate in pre-formulation studies including solubility, pH, stability, and compatibility.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized R&amp;D laboratory environment following GMP/GLP standards.</li><li>Support technology transfer to production and coordinate with QA, QC, and production teams when required.</li></ul>
