Description

Design and execute experiments to develop and optimize formulations for new drug candidates, ensuring compatibility, stability, and efficacy of the final product.
Conduct literature reviews and research to identify innovative formulation approaches, excipients, and technologies that can enhance drug delivery and performance.
Perform physicochemical characterization and compatibility studies to assess the properties and stability of drug substances and excipients in various formulations.
Utilize analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, FTIR, DSC, and microscopy to analyze samples and evaluate the quality and performance of formulations.
Collaborate with analytical chemists, pharmacologists, and other R&D team members to evaluate the biological activity, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics of formulations.
Develop and validate analytical methods for formulation characterization and release testing, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Prepare and review technical documents, including formulation development reports, protocols, batch records, and regulatory submissions, to support product development and registration.
Participate in cross-functional project teams to coordinate formulation development activities, prioritize tasks, and meet project timelines and milestones.
