Description

Develop and optimize pharmaceutical formulations, including tablets, capsules, injectables, and topicals, ensuring product stability and efficacy.
Conduct pre-formulation and formulation development studies to design effective, scalable, and marketable products.
Perform experiments to evaluate formulation properties such as solubility, stability, dissolution, and bioavailability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, quality control, and regulatory affairs to ensure compliance with product specifications and regulatory guidelines.
Manage stability studies to assess the shelf life and performance of formulations under different environmental conditions.
Scale-up and transfer laboratory formulations to production while ensuring they meet GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to formulation processes, quality, and production efficiency.
Prepare and review technical reports, including formulation protocols, stability data, and analytical test results, for regulatory submissions.
Keep up to date with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes to enhance product development.
