Description

Research and Analysis: Conduct research on new formulations or improvements to existing products. Analyze data, literature, and market trends to inform the development process.
Formulation Design: Design and develop formulations for new products or enhance existing ones, considering factors such as product stability, efficacy, and regulatory compliance.
Testing and Validation: Conduct experiments and tests to validate the performance and safety of formulations. Analyze results and modify formulations as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including chemists, engineers, and quality control personnel. Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration of formulations into the production process.
Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about relevant regulations and standards in the industry. Ensure that formulations meet regulatory requirements and work to obtain necessary approvals.
Scale-Up Production: Collaborate with manufacturing teams to scale up successful formulations for large-scale production. Provide technical support during the production process.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of formulation development activities, experimental data, and outcomes. Generate reports and documentation for internal use and regulatory submissions.
Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of advancements in the field and propose improvements to existing formulations or processes. Contribute to the continuous improvement of product quality and efficiency.
