<ul><li>Greet customers warmly, escort them to their tables, and provide menus and beverage lists.</li><li>Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, using a POS (Point of Sale) system if applicable.</li><li>Anticipate customer needs, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations based on preferences and dietary restrictions.</li><li>Relay orders to the kitchen or bar staff promptly and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to customers.</li><li>Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and temperature to ensure consistency and adherence to standards.</li><li>Verify accuracy of orders before serving and address any discrepancies or special requests.</li><li>Set up tables with utensils, napkins, and condiments before service and ensure cleanliness and tidiness throughout the dining experience.</li><li>Clear tables, clean spills, and reset tables for the next guests in a timely manner.</li><li>Assist with general cleaning duties in the dining area, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.</li></ul>
