Description
- Develop and implement food and beverage strategies and plans to meet customer expectations and revenue targets.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, bar, and catering services, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Recruit, train, and supervise food and beverage staff, including chefs, cooks, servers, bartenders, and catering personnel.
- Develop and maintain menus, ensuring a diverse selection of high-quality dishes and beverages that appeal to our target market.
- Monitor food and beverage inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships to ensure adequate stock levels and cost-effective purchasing.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for food preparation, service, and guest interactions to maintain consistency and quality.
