Description
- Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquet facilities, and room service, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), policies, and guidelines to maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and service excellence.
- Collaborate with chefs and culinary teams to develop innovative menus, food concepts, and beverage offerings that cater to diverse tastes, preferences, and dietary requirements.
- Conduct menu engineering, pricing analysis, and profitability assessments to optimize menu offerings and maximize revenue generation.
- Manage food and beverage inventory levels, ordering, and procurement processes to minimize waste, control costs, and ensure adequate stock levels for daily operations.
- Implement inventory tracking systems, conduct regular inventory audits, and analyze consumption patterns to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise food and beverage service staff, providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to maintain a high-performing team.
- Conduct staff training sessions on service standards, product knowledge, upselling techniques, and customer service skills to enhance staff competency and professionalism.
