Venue: Shanti Vilas Hospital (New Building), George Town, Prayagraj.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of floor/shift staff, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing feedback and coaching.
Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet operational requirements and adjust staffing as needed to accommodate fluctuations in workload or business demands.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience, such as improving service delivery or resolving issues effectively.
Oversee day-to-day operations on the floor/shift, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations, promoting a culture of adherence to quality standards and operational excellence.
