Operational Oversight: Supervise day-to-day operations on the floor, ensuring efficient workflow, adherence to company policies, and compliance with safety regulations to maintain a productive environment.
Staff Management: Lead and manage floor staff, including scheduling shifts, assigning tasks, providing training, and conducting performance evaluations to ensure high levels of employee engagement and productivity.
Customer Service Excellence: Ensure outstanding customer service by monitoring staff interactions with customers, addressing concerns or complaints promptly, and implementing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
Inventory Control: Oversee inventory management processes, including stock levels, ordering supplies, and conducting regular inventory audits to minimize waste and ensure product availability.
Sales Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance on the floor, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance profitability.
Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative team environment by encouraging open communication, promoting teamwork, and facilitating regular team meetings to discuss goals, challenges, and successes.
Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of floor operations, including sales reports, employee attendance, and incident reports, and prepare regular updates for upper management.
